Is my name more valuable with traffic?

A. Names the receive traffic are more valuable. When selling a domain always state whether a domain  receives traffic. Keep proof of traffic. How big the traffic is makes a difference too, Some domains can receive 10 visitors a month which wouldn't make a big difference while some domains can receive 200 visitors a month which would make the name more valuable and sell for a better price.
